The waiting area for the MuppetVision 3D attraction at Disney’s Hollywood Studios has more gags per square inch than any other place at Walt Disney World1. You’ve seen the net full of jello, right? (Say it really fast and think of one of the more famous Mouseketeers.)
One box near the front of the room contains 2-D Fruities, which is an obvious play on the phrase tootie fruitie and the fact that you are about to experience a 3D film. Notice that the fruits are flat cutouts? Priceless.
The next time you are waiting for the show, be sure to walk around and notice the props, gags and multiple trunks containing Miss Piggy’s wardrobe.
